Delivery Policy

Delivery Area: We deliver within a 60-mile radius from our Ocala location. Up to 75 miles may be possible depending on exact location.
Delivery Cost: Delivery starts at $150 for the first 20 miles. Additional mileage charges apply beyond 20 miles.
Minimum Order: 2 tons minimum for delivery.
Delivery Time: Deliveries are guaranteed within 2 business days of paid receipt, often sooner.
Same-Day Delivery: Available upon request, subject to trucking availability. $60 surcharge applies.
Weekend Delivery: Not available. We deliver Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Driver Wait Time: Drivers can wait up to 10 minutes if called and on the way.
Tailgate Spreading: Up to driver's discretion based on skill, ground conditions, and overhead obstructions.

Payment Process: Payments are processed through our office team after you commit to a purchase.
Payment Methods: Credit card on file. We do not take payments directly over the phone.
Tax: Sales tax is already included in your quote.
Credit Accounts: Available. Contact office at (352) 358-5881 to apply.

Cancellation: Loads can be canceled as long as they have not shipped.
Refund Holdback: If canceled within 1 business day of scheduled delivery, 20% of total invoice will be held back.
No Refunds: Once material is delivered, we cannot take it back. Please double-check quantities before ordering.

Getting a Quote: Provide material needed, quantity (tons/loads), and delivery address. For delivery, we need the full address, not just zip code.
Quote Validity: Quotes are valid until we update pricing, typically every 6-12 months.
Split Loads: Each load must go to one property. A delivery charge applies for each separate address.
Truck Capacity: Full dump truck holds about 20 tons. Outsourced loads: 16-18 yards or 20 tons.
